Warranty Coverage

Hinlim Canada offers a two-year warranty on resin wicker furniture against cracking, splitting and unravelling under normal usage conditions. All warranty work must be assessed by the service centre and is only valid with an original receipt.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not include nor cover non-residential use, normal wear and tear, fading and discoloration, abuse, scratches, neglect, chips, misuse, the use of improper cleaning products, use of sun-tan oils or other chemicals, vandalism, damages due to improper assembly, acts of nature such as storms, wind damage, freezing, etc., breakage of glass, and other circumstances beyond defects in material and workmanship. Warranty does not include delivery, pick up or home inspection.
